Insider’s Guide: Best New Restaurants in Delhi

In case you missed it, Le Mill decamped to Delhi for two whole days for a pop-up at Vayu (Bikaner House) on April 6 & 7. Since we’re in the capital, we sought the help of our friends to hit up some cool new(ish) digs. Here’s what they came back with:

Little Saigon

This unassuming little eatery in Hauz Khas market is run by a former chef from the Taj’s Blue Ginger, and the space might be teeny, but her flavours are huge. Everything is ultra-fresh and tastes exactly as it would in Ho Chi Minh City. Fig & Maple

This rooftop kitchen and library is as cosy as they come. The menu covers hearty large plates and nibbles, which I’d peg as vibrant, feel-good food. You can’t go wrong with their waffles topped with crispy chicken, or their Dolores Park French toast.
